" I recently purchased a 2010 Fat Boy Lo. Ron, my salesman, was great! Made the purchase a pleasure. Parts department? Can't say enough. Helpful, made great suggestions, and they really know their stuff. I took the bike in to have a noise checked by the service department. Turned out to be normal noise. The service department got right on it test drove the bike, and assured me the bike was 100%.
Truely the entire staff at Toledo HD are great. They remind me of a high end automobile dealer. Service after the sale is important to me. Too many times I have bought vehicles and once they had their money I became just another guy off the street. Toledo HD is NOT that type dealer. I rate them five stars across the board. "

"I was on the way back to Georgia over the 4th of July weekend and my bike (2005 Ultra-Classic w/44,000 miles) was not running correctly. I stopped at your shop and Rick, the Service Manager suspected I had run some bad fuel through the engine. He pulled the spark plugs and sure enough the front spark plug was almost completely fouled. A new set of plugs and my bike was running perfectly again. Thanks again Rick you guys took care of me & I was on my way. My buddies back home said that I should have slipped you a $5 or something!!! "kudos to julie and lisa. saturday 12-20 i needed the perfect christmas gift. you didnt have it in the right size. these gals promised they would find it and jumped hoops to get it done, thus i paid up front. on monday and several calls from them later they found it in columbus, oh. then they went the extra mile. they stopped the shipment and co-ordinated me picking it up from the columbus dealer. what an absolute delightful retail experience. these two gals are an asset to your company. thank you ladies. merry christmas"

"I just want to say what a differnce a helpful staff makes. I live 3.5 Miles from another dealer that wouldn't talk to you if you tipped over every bike in the place. I drive 42 miles each way to Toledo HD. So far my Experinces have been with Brian in Parts and a few of the ladies in the Motorclothes. You are top notch. I will continue to make the drive to you instead of my local shop. Cant wait to get a bike from you guys instead of just parts, accessories, and clothes."

"I just wanted to say that I would recomend Tom for your sales person. He wasn't pushy, he allowed me to make my decision myslef. He allowed me to sit on several bikes, and held me up to see what fit me. My husband bought his bike in Napoleon (god forbid) and we didn't recieve the same kind of service or, attention that we recieved at Toledo Harley Davidson. Tom treated us like we were the only people that were in the shop that day, and the show room was packed from wall to wall with people. I would recomened Tom to sell you a bike anyday. Cindy"

Tom Beene of the sales dept. led me drooling to the vivid black- mirage orange Night Rod I had been looking at on the internet. "I'd like to take a few to let everyone know how hard Toledo HD goes out of their way to help their customers. I recently purchased a 2007 Buell Firebolt XB12R a Dream come true. Ron and Tom were most helpful in all aspects of sales and Bill was helpful in making sure I had the financing and ESP plans I needed. Now to the real nitty gritty. I recently had my 1k service done and it was scheduled for a Friday, however my son was involved n an accident and my bike is the only transportation I have and I showed up Monday morning and explained my situation that I had to get to Atlanta ASAP and my bike was the way to go and I wanted to get the 1k services done before I left. I want to let you all know Aaron wrote up the work order and Josh did the service w/o a thought and all was done in a good time for me to get alot of miles out of the way before I hit a hotel up for a few hrs. I currently reside in Rochester Hills, MI. and I will drive to Toldeo HD for ANY thing I need done to my bike. For the service dept to go out of their way like that was awesome. I'd also like to apologize to their customers that had their bikes in for service that was pushed back due to my situation. I am glad to report my son is out of his coma and will need to re-learn to talk and walk but otherwise is unscathed. The power of prayer does wonders. my sincere thanks to Toldeo HD and all their staff you have a customer for life. "
